Prep and repair first
Every exterior starts with cleaning, scraping loose paint, sanding, replacing rotted wood, re-caulking failed joints and spot-priming bare surfaces. That prep is what you are really paying for, and we spell it out in the bid.
The right coating
Fiber cement, wood, stucco, brick and metal each take a different coating system. We recommend the primer and finish for each surface and list the products in the bid.
Clean lines
Windows, doors, fixtures and landscaping are protected. Trim, siding and accent colors are cut in by hand so lines stay crisp.

Questions about exterior painting
How long does exterior paint last in Austin?
It depends on surface, prep, product and sun exposure. South- and west-facing walls take the most wear. Good prep and quality acrylic coatings make the biggest difference.
Can you paint brick or stone?
Yes, with masonry-appropriate primers and coatings. We will talk through the long-term maintenance before you commit.
